How long does it take?

What if you can’t find a car for me?
If we are not able to find the car you’re wanting within the term of our contract, we will refund your deposit 100%.

What if something goes wrong after I drive it home?
Call us! Based on our in depth road testing and CarProof reporting process, we want to know if something goes wrong. All of these processes come with reports and assurances of the condition of your vehicle. In the event a problem is discovered that should have been caught by our services, we will support you through the process of referring a great mechanic to verify the problem, ask questions about the nature of the problem and determine the plan of action to rectify the situation. Although we are not liable for the repairs, if the problems should have been caught on inspection, we will act as your advocate to handle discussions surrounding repairs and responsibility for costs with our partner for vehicle inspections.

Will you sell my old car for me before I buy my new one?
No, we don’t deal in vehicle sales as we are not a dealership. Although we are here to help you with our dedication to the buying phase of your search.

Do you get a finder’s fee from the seller of the vehicle I end up selecting?
No, we don’t. The Car Whisperers acts solely on your behalf in a completely inpartial way when representing possible vehicle selections for you to choose from. It is that dedication to supporting you and only you through the buying process that is the basis of the integrity of our company.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We are able to charge your Visa or Mastercard and we also take personal cheques. Our services commence once your deposit is paid.
